Agreed. Kid Koala is the best thing to come out of Montreal since
i've been here. The attitude thing adds volumes to his performance.
Its all too often that i see DJ's just standing around between sets
or not putting across a good vibe during(this is totally dependant on
how you work...some people simply are too focused to appear "into"
the music...). Kid Koala dances and hops around during his sets, is always
smiling and during other dj's sets he runs around looking absolutely
happy as can be. After the show, he mingled, and, surprisingly,
started up a conversation with me after seeing that i was staring at
him(i couldnt' figure out if it was him or not)out of the blue. Such amazing
enthusiasm is soooo important for the public's view of a performer.
Hats off!
