I'd like to second the motion that you all get yourself a copy of the
Efofex release. Here's a mini-review I wrote for my playlist mailing list
when I spun a track on my show a couple weeks back...

Efofex - Proof CD-R (indie)
Proof? Proof of what? Well, how about proof that some of the best
experimental techno coming out today isn't being brought to you through
the usual channels, but instead via DIY projects like this one. With this
homepressed bit of plastic, Efofex - aka John Talbert - offers an inspired
collection of (dare I say it?) intelligent dance music that any
respectible electronic label would be proud to add to their roster. My
only complaint - and it's a small one - is that a couple of tracks go on
just a touch too long. Otherwise, it's a solid set of choons. Check the
Efofex website to get yourself a copy -
