i realize that this may not be the ideal forum, but i figure there's a
chance that someone on this list, by virtue of being on it, might know
from whence i'm coming and what i'm looking for.
negativland's always been one of those bands in the background, whether
i was listening to skinny puppy, autechre, or non, but i've never
actually paid a lot of attention to them. as my tastes and mindset have
veered more towards sampling and cut-ups a la v/vm, diskono, et al in
the last year or so, i'd like to investigate the big names (john oswald
is pretty cool).
so, where to start? any info would be appreciated...
