As for online purchasing, you could check out http://musicbooksplus.com/browse.htm and last, but certainly not least, get your hands on a classic manual like, for instance, the Moog Modular Owner's Manual (check out ebay, I think there's a Serge manual and others being auctioned currently). I'd imagine this list could be a great resource for a copy . . .
