Well, to me the real thing always sounded better and still does. That's
my opinion, I honestly wish the new stuff sounded better. But then again,
that also depends on the applictaion you had i mind, i.e. what characteristic
types of sounds you wanted to get from your patches etc. I'd trade vintage
patina for low cost, small size and easy maintenace any day lol, alas the
sound isn't quite what I'd wish it to be. But then again I hate the sound of
Roland's so what do I know?
