Anybody have any >suggestions? > >Brian Hi Brian, You're refering to the german DOEPFER MSY1, an external-powered silver box with MIDI IN, THRU and sync 24 OUT that uses a standard DIN audio wire. The price was around 100 USD. I've used it for one year without any problem. The device is now discontinued, and replaced by MSY2, a red box with apparently the same features. The quality and the reliability of those products are often criticized; it's obviously not Kenton stuff but it's cheap and worked fine for me. thomas (de paris)
