IF it opens, it will probably be sooner - on paper they have a free lease of the former "Kindermuseum" premises from the city, but the rooms are in a rubble and need rebuilding after being vacant for years. Right now they are stuck in a hen-and-egg situation, the city authorities demanding a sponsored capital of 1/4 million € signed over to the museum before the city will invest half a million into decorating the city owned premises, while the sponsors don't want to commit themselves until the rooms are a reality. It probably will not have much to do with electronic instruments, at least to start with. As of now, their collection is limited to donations of wardrobes, flyers, keepsakes from club interiors and similar personal belongings by Frankfurt artists and clubs - the first exhibition they wanted to sign into the rooms was to have come from Paris.
