Mmmm...I always thought the prime movers there were the _other_ German synth manufacturer-drivers, Kraftwerk. TD generally either used Moog-type sequencers such as the 960 or later (when they shifted to MIDI), Cubase, since they were major exponents of that piece of software. The only deviation from the Moog 960 types or Cubase, to my knowledge, was the Wave Computer 340/380's Event Generator.
