twisted pair is cheap as dirt, and makes MIDI look downright lethargic!
Granted, isochronous data support over four channels looks scary without
a _real_ fast physical layer, but as a control medium to start, it could
really expand the way we do things.  I've been seriously looking at IP
to control a DSP-array synth for some time now.  Are others doing the
same?
