Ah, now there is the other long term ('when I can afford it') scenario I have been entertaining: The S1 plus two CP-251s in that SKB pop-up case. Plus the relevant adaptor cables (1/4" to 1/8" are easy even for me to knock together). Kinda solves the S1's lack of mults and mixers. (though I have *not* compared the voltage ranges yet...). The RME plus boxes scenario is actually less expensive, gives you programability but the RME will not allow the case to close. :( Pat In a message dated 1/16/2005 2:39:36 AM Eastern Standard Time, Mati <xxxxxx.xxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx> writes: >nice - but i think my S1 would eat the moog... > >------------------------------------- >Matt >The Boombox United >www.boomboxunited.com > >On Jan 15, 2005, at 11:09 PM, frequency surfing wrote: > >> >> hi, >> >> << That's kinda what I was thinking: RME, VX-351, VX-352 and two >> CP-251.
