    Even if you buy a pre-built power supply, you will still have to fix it
to the case, and wire the mains side to a switch, fuse, filter and socket -
this is all at the 115V side, and if you get anything wrong or leave
anything exposed that shouldn't be - you'll get the biggest kick from a
modular your likely to experience.
    The usual rule I apply when asked for advice on such things is, if you
need to ask how to wire a power supply - then you shouldn't be doing it.
    Perhaps you just asked the wrong question.
