Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they're different. The MK Ultra (vs. T Power) you're referring to is Jean-Frangois Bire. The MK Ultra in the bent crayon description above is some indie-something-or-other band from San Francisco led by John Vanderslice. I've never actually heard this band, so I can't really offer a description of their music. On the other hand, I have heard the MK Ultra with the T Power connection. I have an EP by him called "Freedom" from a couple years back. If I can remember correctly, it sounded kinda house-y, and not at all like the T Power mutant track, which was more in the B.L.I.M., DJ Soul Slinger, Atomic Dog, etc vein. eric.
