         Looking for recommendations of 1/4" to 1/8" adapters (to go 
between synth.com/euro/frack modules.)

         I have and use both the synth.com Q122 and Doepfer A-181 but I 
figured there might be something that looks like this (except "mono"/TS 
and probably cheaper in bulk, I'd want 10-20 of em):
