You say RI (Rather Interesting) but you mean RH (Rising High).
Dreamfish was originally issued on Fax.
Rising High reissued Dreamfish. You describe the RH re-issue above. It
is out of print.
Ambient World *also* re-issued Dreamfish later on. It is still available.
The Fax CD you mention in your post is, in fact, Dreamfish 2, an entirely
different recording.
