Sort of a jokey phased out 70's jazz funk disc skipping thing. It's on the American Experience" CD/12". Those guys (the whole VC crew) are definitely aping Popp, whether serious or not. Lesser and some other blokes put out a 2CD called (pretentiously enough) 'Disc' which is just 2 1/2 hours of skipping CD crap with no rhyme or reason. Pure emulation. Total garbage. But the Lesser stuff, however prevalent his humor may be, is pretty great, sort of a shut-in's version of a Spymania record, assembled from samples of all of the horrid rock bands he was in over the years.
