I had a chat with Don today about some other gear and he was talking about
this. Evidently they are going to be building modules based on old Moog
schematics. The only module he talked at any length about were the VCOs
which he said were going to be based on the original Moog oscillator which
was more unstable than the later ones, but they had made some modifications
to make it a bit more stable without losing the sound quality of the
original VCOs. The VCO prices he mentioned were pretty much in the
ballpark of Serge modules. He sounds really serious about it, so I don't
think it's going to be some half-assed attempt to cash in on the current
modular craze.
