if you are looking for basic bit reduction and sample rate reduction effect=
s=2C extremely similar results could be obtained with a quantizer (bit redu=
ction) and sample and hold (sample rate reduction).

the doepfer looks like it does a few more tricks though (XOR=2C etc).

Dopefer's A-189-1 Voltage Controlled Bit Cruncher / Modifier. I'm looking

for one on the cheap that I can run on a +/-15V supply. Thanks again for
