I FULLY agree here Haible... 

The one thing that I LOVE about the MAM are the band attenuators; it's VERY
key to creating the right sound.

I field a good number of questions about the quality of the Vocoder module
in the Nord Modular. One thing that I DON'T like about it is that there is
no attenuation at the band level. But then, it does allow cross-patching. :)
