You know me usually speaking in favour of german companies like Doepfer or Waldorf, as they do a realy good jom IMHO.

But I can' t say that from Quasimidi, sorry.
I heard it (as also the Quasar) and they totally suck. They may beat
Yamaha or Roland preset home-keyboards in matter of sound-syles, but
the basic sound is soo bad, dull and just useless for any recording.
It may have its right as a first-try synth, but it' s simply too expensive
to be seen as a kids toy. I can' t reccomend it for any serious use,
