The Doepfer Schaltwerk would be my first recommendation because it has 8 rows,
but their MAQ 16/3 makes a great companion to the Nord as well (only 3 rows).
You can have one row of the MAQ determining the notes, the next row
determining the velocity of those notes (so you can use Velocity Morph on the
Nord to simulate accent) and the third row of the MAQ set for the controller
that changes the Portamento/Glide value (I can't remember what controller #
that is right now, but you can check your manual for that) for the slide.

I love my MAQ!
