  There is a standard 1 volt per octave/+5volt gate& trigger...
though the signal levels differ from brand to brand
Doepfer,Arp,Serge/STS,Moog(except for the s-trig,polyfusion,Roland...are
all usable together as are many I did not mention.
   I had my Synthi AKS modified by Kevin Lightner for 1vpo/gate responce..I
also cross patch
my PS3300  korg(linear) with my serge,roland and doepfer modulars for more
processing.(lets not leave out the Boss stomp boxes)......
