Ahh...of course. The question I answered felt a bit weird coming from Paul. :)

Anyway...Paul, ask the folks at MIDI Solutions
(http://www.midisolutions.com/). I don't think they've got something
like that, but it's kind of difficult to get a picture of what all of
their stuff do.

My Kurzweil Expressionmate (awesome MIDI tool btw) will do some
"splitting", but I think it is mapped to specific keys only.
