Thank you for your email.  I'm glad to hear that you were finally able
to complete your order.  I have located it in our system and your order
number is xxxxxxx.  Please be aware that as we have received over 1000
orders for these CDs to date, our distributor is experiencing some lag
time in shipping the orders out.  Please allow two to three weeks for
delivery.  I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you,
but appreciate your patience in this matter.  Also, I wanted to let you
know that we are in the process of adding more servers to help with the
increased traffic and you should see a definite speed-up on our site as
well as a reduction in time-out errors.  If you have any further
questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me directly.
